Error: MigrationPermanentException: Active Directory property 'homeMDB' is not writeable on recipient

I am facing below error while moving mailboxes from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013. This can be solved by inheriting permission from parent OU but we have a lots of users, this is not possible to set inherit for each and every user.

Error: MigrationPermanentException: Active Directory property 'homeMDB' is not writeable on recipient 'testing.local/Users/Dummy'. --> Active Directory property 'homeMDB' is not writeable on recipient 'testing.local/Users/Dummy'.

Generally this occurs due to permission (Permission inheritance) issue. Go to Security tab of the account in Active Directory Users and Computers. In the Advanced window, ensure that inheritance is enabled. Also check for any additional missing permissions.
