Clone drive for rack Server

I need to install Windows 2012 or higher to 20 Rack servers as well as setup RAID 10 for each server.  The drive is 200GB each.  Each server has 4 identical drive.   I would like to know if it makes sense to configure one server with Windows 2012 and then clone the rest with a cloning device.  Once cloned the drive, I then put a drive back to the server and setup the computer name prior to turn on the RAID setup.   Is there any better way to install windows 2012 server on 20 Rack Servers.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I would firstly setup any raid you want to use, after this is done you can look at wds or create an answer file to setup those machines.

If you are completing this sort of installation I would look at configuring one WDS server and then look at deploying this out to your servers via XML Configuration/PXE Boot.
