OUTLOOK 2013 - Press REPLY to an email - I want a POP OUT by default

When I press reply, I get a small window on the right side of my screen which only shows me a small geographic region of my mail.
I always have to press POP OUT to get a full screen reply.
How can I configure Outlook so that I can get a full-screen reply as soon as I press REPLY?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

In Outlook, go to File --> Options --> Mail --> find section "Replies and forwards" and in it there is option "Open replies and forwards in a new windows".
Make sure that option is enabled, and there you go.

Regards,
Ivan.

Once you do the above and size the window to your requirements, it should stick that way going forward. It does for me.
