What are the best ways to keep standard users from deleting or moving files from shared company drives.<br />

I looked under windows server 2012 dashboard and under the user tab. I notice that I have the ability to change access to how they interact with our company shared drive.<br />

I am not sure this is the best way? Possibly group policies?<br />
