Ok so i basically tried to install framework 4.0 on my pc and it didnt let me and showed an error saying setup cannot continue because a previous installation requires your computer to be restarted. Please restart your computer and rerun setup. I restarted my laptop multiple times and it did not fix. Can you help me please
