Do Windows 2003 SBS sp1 CALs valid for accessing a Windows 2003 R2 server?

Hi,
My Domain is run by my SBS 2003 server and I have a second server which is a 2003 R2 server: Do my cals bough with my SBS 2003 "good enough" to access a Win 2003 R2 server?
Do you have a link that will prove it clear?
tx!

Yes, they should cover it. No, i dont have any documentation proving it. As always, *all* love song questions should go to the licensors (in this case Microsoft.) The "I heard if from the internet" isn't good legal cover.

The bigger issue is that 2003 has been out of *all* support for years. So has 2003 R2. So documentation, particularly licensing documentation, had become scarce. You really should replace those servers, both of them. Then it becomes a non-issue. Running 2003 right now is a massive security issue. I cannot overstate how bad an idea it is to keep them in production. Even 2008 ends support in a few more months...
