Probably your using some software like Backup software or backup job to send email but recipient server require authentication.
You must authenticate email using domain\login and password to send email out.

If you do have Exchange and this email is not leaving company and it's supposed to be deliver to same server what was sent from then create relay connector in your receive connectors and allow anonymous  users to send emails but restrict to internal IP only.
