Receiving NDR

HI Team,

I am receiving the below NDR, while trying to send emails. Please analyze and help.

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
smartcentersupport2@microland.com
Your message can't be delivered because delivery to this address is restricted.
For more information about this issue see DSN code 5.7.1 in Exchange Online.

Remote Server returned '550 5.7.1 RESOLVER.RST.AuthRequired; authentication required'

Probably your using some software like Backup software or backup job to send email but recipient server require authentication.
You must authenticate email using domain\login and password to send email out.

Since its restricted DL or mailbox, so you are getting "Your message can't be delivered because delivery to this address is restricted."

First you have to remove the restriction from mailbox properties

If you facing domain level, you have to allow to anonymous
