cannot setup forwarding in EAC 2013

Guys/Gals,

This issue just started happening. I cannot configure a mailbox to forward to another internal user. It happens with any user and I used to be able to do this just a few weeks ago. Nothing has changed. I rebooted, I ran windows updates. Any ideas?

in those 2 open windows there's no highlighted fields. I've checked each tab.

Actually I've narrowed this down even further and found that this is related to Chrome and Firefox. I have no problems on any machine using IE.

Does anyone know if there's a work around? I'm also thinking of catching up on Exchange CUs.
I was able to troubleshoot it further and found the resolution.
