Set Static IP of machine without console access

Having to restore some servers and noone documented the Local Admin password.  So this machine is on a vlan that has all static addressing.  So obviously it can't authenticate a domain user against it.. Is there a way with vmware to statically assign an IP somehow?

There is no method VMware can override the Authentication, you will need to change the Local Admin password.

this method works well, just boot your server with an Server ISO!
