A customer has changed email domain<br />

Outlook doesn't contain any contacts<br />

I emptied the auto complete memory<br />
<br />
Yet every time he sends an email to himself the received email displays his previous entity name as in : <br />
My Old Name &lt;mynew@address.com&gt;<br />
<br />
...instead of just displaying the email address: mynew@address.com<br />
<br />
We can't seem to get rid of the 'My Old Name' part<br />
<br />
Any ideas ?<br />

...instead of just displaying the email address: mynew@address.com

We can't seem to get rid of the 'My Old Name' part
