Outlook contact memory
Hi
A customer has changed email domain
Outlook doesn't contain any contacts
I emptied the auto complete memory
Yet every time he sends an email to himself the received email displays his previous entity name as in :
My Old Name <mynew@address.com>
...instead of just displaying the email address: mynew@address.com
We can't seem to get rid of the 'My Old Name' part
Any ideas ?
thanks
yann
