Office 2016 Deployment Tool for O365 on RDS 2012 R2
We are trying to install O365 on our RDS 2012 R2 server using the Office 2016 deployment tool. When we run the xml file, we get the following error code: 30182-1011 (3). I have attached a screenshot showing the xml file, the installation command line, and the error message. What are we doing wrong?

Hi,
what installation did you get from Office portal? If you want to use this type of installer, then you need to download files in this way. The files you will get by this way, are not .exe or .msi. Don't have access to my work pc, to tell you how they look, but they are packed in some different way :)
Maybe you have some proxy or some other restriction that don't allow you to download files? Can you use the same .xml and setup file on your computer, and not server, to download files? If that works, then simple copy those files to server, into some shared folder, and then run install.

We already had the install file downloaded on the remote desktop server. We downloaded it from the Office portal (Proplus). Do we need to download a different file? I tried following the instructions you gave for downloading but got a different error. The error code is 30029-1007 (0). Is downloading with xml file necessary? If so what am I doing wrong? The xml file we used is attached.
