    tks for all that, any good book can recommend?

    I keep seeing SSIS as part of BI and i knew it.

    but any learning guide for beginner to expertist for both SSIS and Analysis service?
    any more comment expert?
    >any more comment expert?
    Yes.  I highly recommend asking a more detailed question if you want a detailed answer, as 'the way to learn Microsoft BI' is about as general as asking 'What's the best way to breathe air?', which means you're going to get hundreds of different answers that may or may not work for you as experts here are forced to guess.

    Check out Top 10 Ways to Ask Better Questions for a tutorial on how to tailor your questions to get better and faster answers.
    Jim,

    I need expertise present at the beginning of this post is quite good and I just want to know if there are more.
    tks all
    Glad we could help.

    @OP, experts and future visitors:
    Please remember to endorse my, or any other expert's comments that you found helpful by clicking on the "Thumb's Up" button

    why the "Thumb's Up" button is that important ?
    It gives an ongoing feedback from you and others on how helpful a particular comment was. (It does not translate to points for experts)

    Someone else might even find another comment to be a solution to their problem and endorses a difference solution. This way the solution helps others.
    When a comment reaches 3 it turns comment to blue, giving future visitors a clear indication of what comments to look at
