Dual boot with Windows 7 on both partition

Is this possible? windows 7 ultimate on C drive and windows 7 Home basic on E drive. I tried this and I get the boot option on the startup BUT there are issues:
There is a driver signature error that prevents windows from loading. If i disable the driver signature check then 2 minutes after reaching the desktop screen BLUE SCREEN error happens.

How do i proceed?

I renamed the file windows\system32\drivers\oem-drv64.sys and it seems to work for now. Can some point me to a article which says that installing windows 7 in 2 partitions is legit?
