Spyware/Virus Removal: Amazon Assistant aa.hta

Dear Experts,
How can I get rid of Spyware/Adware/Virus Amazon Assistant aa.hta
Every 5 seconds an empty window is opened, title: C:\Program Files (x86)\Amazon\Amazon Assistant\aa.hta

I tried with Program Removal, Malwarebytes, awdcleaner, none of it worked yet.

Browser Hijackers are not malware, Go to control panel > programs and features > if you see Amazon Assistant just Uninstall it.

Please let us know the result.

Unfortunately I do not see any Amazon Assistant entry

Download and install this free antivirus, and scan your system,

I've already tried Antivirus - Avast
Spyware removel
Malwarbytes
Spyhunter
none of it worked so far

Do you have any recent Image Backup of your system ?

Download, install and run CCleaner free, go to Registry > Scan for Issues, and if it found any problem select FIX selected issues.
Restart and check if it solve the problem.
