I have a user getting a BSOD when using cisco webex. Win 7 Pro x64
The error is SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x0000003b. Going through the little bit of the dmp files that i can it appeared to be his gfx drivers. so i updated them and i received another blue screen today. Please help. 041117-19312-01.dmp 040717-9297-01.dmp
