I have a user getting a BSOD when using cisco webex. Win 7 Pro x64

The error is SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x0000003b. Going through the little bit of the dmp files that i can it appeared to be his gfx drivers. so i updated them and i received another blue screen today. Please help.

I apologize for not getting back sooner the user still has not had another web-ex meeting to test this out.

igdkmd64,sys refers to display driver problem.
