exchange
It looks like the default Exchange load balancer in Snapt Is creating bindings to the following ports. Can u let me know which one is needed for exchange , some answers I have written myself
25-SMTP (NEEDED)
80-HTTP(NEEDED)
110-POP3 (NEEDED)
135-RPC
139-FILE SHAIRING (OPTIONAL)
443-HTTPS
993-IMAP OVER SSL
994-IRC (OPTIONAL)
995(POP3 OVER SSL)
Outlook Anywhere is designed to run over port 443 only, then the RPC Proxy makes the connections to those ports on the required Exchange servers.
No need to open those ports to the internet.

exchange 2007 yes, outlook clients are configured to use OA, Can u let me know the ports
It only requires 443 opened. One thing to note is if the outlook client fails to access OA via 443 it will attempt to connect via MAPI which may cause a unforseen prompt if the port is blocked.
You should also take in to consideration any devices that do not use OA which connect via your load balancer to the exchange environment,

You will need to verify if your services are configured for static ports via checking the registry keys

Do you happen to have Exchange 2010 deployed? If so the port above seem related to Exchange 2010 configuration.

What version of exchange are you using? Are your outlook clients configured to use Outlook Anywhere?
