I Need a Wordpress theme with a few fixed menu items and my full page menu as a vertical list
Dear Experts,
At the weekend I experimented with several responsive Wordpress themes (Ample, Ascent, Responsive Mobile, MH Magazine Lite) but I was unable to to find one that gave me these features:
a) A configurable header image AND
b) A vertical menu with my full page menu (for an example look at this Web site: http://e3partners.org)
c) The ability to have three fixed menu items appear as a horizontal menu even on tiny phone screens (not just the three horizontal lines menu icon). I really want the words "Welcome", "Contact" and "Donate" to always be visible.
Can anyone suggest a theme? Or did I miss something when I used the themes mentioned above?

When you open theme link click on Live Preview and at menu tab " Homepages " you can choose some examples with fixed or non fixed vertical menu.
