Migrate Thunderbird to Outlook
Can anyone recommend a software tool to migrate Thunderbird to Outlook. Please have used the tool and let me know if there is anything I might need to know to make the migration go smoothly

Both support the EML format so you should be able to export/import mail
You can either export Thunderbird email to EML and then import EMLs to Outlook or import the Thunderbird's native MBOX files. Both tools are free and I'm one of the developers, so feel free to ask any further questions.
if your setup used IMAP for incoming data, minimal transition since in this case, all emails are on the server and not stored locally.
the only ones you would need to export might be the sent copies if you stored the sent emails locally versus on the server...
