Of course you can always use a batch script, preferably in PowerShell - &nbsp;because that allows for both database access and AD change, and is flexible though easy to modify.<br />
For me being more specific I would need more details about database type and what fields to use for changes.

That is very basic user info. What exactly are you expecting? Create new users, modify existing if change detected (and if, is there a modification fimestamp in the DB?)?

To modify existing users is the main goal here. We are currently going through a ton of title changes and it's a pain to keep our internal system in sync with our AD. Unfortunately, we don't have a modification timestamp that I can see (sorry I'm not great at SQL).

What are the number of rows in the DB and of the AD users? Since you seem not to have a modification flag in the DB, we would have to consider either each AD user and check against SQL, or vice versa, or bulk import both into PowerShell and check there ...

So each user has a field named 'active' which will be set to 0 or 1 obviously based on if they are an active employee or not. When running a query on that, I get 705 rows. I'm not sure how to figure that out against active directory. I hope that answers your question Qlemo and I really appreciate the help so far.
