need 2017 datas one by one using macro
Hi
Please refer the sheet 1 :
Step 1: first filter in J column and get only 2017 datas and copy the data(A to J column) in another sheet(refer sheet2)
After copying, for the K column its should be in G900 and m column its should be in 2G.
Step2 ; remove the filter in J column and put the filter in k column(sheet1) and same process repeated
finally based on the sheet1 , i need sheet 2 O/P

ok as you hadn't replied earlier I did something similar however each column in 1 separate sheet. look at it if you don't like it we can gather all of them in 1 sheet.
In sheet 3 you have 2 buttons Build 2017 and Clear 2017
Press on Build 2017 and check the results.
PS I am using the base of all sheet3 data. So I see you have an extra column L if we put the respective data in sheet3 for this one then it is no sweat to have it all automated.

Noted and will amend code to have all data in 1 sheet. Meantime, please fill in the 2 missing columns in sheet 3 for both UNIQUE and Milestone code so that the macro will build the sheet automatically from these values as it is already don't for TU and TECHNOLOGY.
Once you fill sheet3 please repost it and I will modify the code accordingly.

i have one doubt ..the report i provide is daily downloaded report...so daily i need to insert the code or someone do it..may be they edit the code ...is it possible t fix the code permanently in one location and daily we download the report and call the code ..

Let me tell you what I understood but still not clear.
In sheet1 we filter column J for year 2017 and the data found we copy from Col A to Col J all the rows into:
1) a NEW sheet called Sheet2 ???
or
2) the existing sheet2 ???
If 1) then how to get col K L M N ??
if 2) then shall we replace the existing A to J by the new one from Sheet1 ?
If I understand this part then I will understand the logic for the remaining columns as I suppose it is the same till last column.
