This would be main account and then user can add his account.This way you will always have the ability to reset and reuse phone.<br />

Sorry for the delayed reply. I tried the first suggestion, but it appears that the option to reset the phone (or remote wipe) is only available to the current Google account.<br />

As for an MDM solution, we are soon to be using Microsoft Intune so will use that for the Android devices.
