I am using OneNote in Office 365.
I have created Sections (on the top of the screen) and I am creating Pages within each tab on the right hand side of the screen.
On the Pages, I am creating sub pages.
I want to make sure the subpages are not accidentally moved, can I lock them down?
I use One Note 2016 and there is no way to do what you want. I agree with the above.
I do not make pages read-only as that defeats the ad hoc nature of One Note, although I respect the view above.
I use One Note as it was designed to be used.
Microsoft OneNote
Microsoft OneNote is a computer program for free-form information gathering and multi-user collaboration. It gathers users' notes (handwritten or typed), drawings, screen clippings, and audio commentaries into one program.
