Deploying Printers using Group Policy but with exceptions for colour user ?

I had this question after viewing Deploying Printer on Windows 7 & 10 using Group Policy based on AD security group membership ?.

People,

I need to deploy all printer for all users as Black & White - Duplex and only allowing some people to print in colour (based on AD security group).

So how do I achieve this using the group policy ?

I have published about 50x printers on my Print server, but according to company policy, everyone must print into the printer as Black & White - Duplex (both sides) while certain groups of people can use colour single sided.

This setting must not be changed by the user to save up some printing cost.
