I use the Neat company program, version 5.7. It has been working great, but after a backup, I can no longer open program. I get the "Neat has stopped working message" I tried to remove software and re-install to no avail. I attached the Neat log for reference. Any advise is appreciated.

Neat no longer supports this software as the have launched the cloud based program. I prefer to continue with the old software as I do not like my data on the cloud.

I also tried to restore systems. It seems all my restore points are corrupted. I ran a combo fix and would appreciate some advise on the outcome.

There are so many error in the log and all from almost a month ago.
For example:
"Title:Database directory not found
Expected DB file Location: C:\Users\Yvonne\Documents\Neat Data"
--> Does the "Neat Data" subfolder exists?

Or this error:
Class Name: NetUtilities
Method Name: DoesInternetAccessExist
Exception Message: The remote name could not be resolved: 'www.google.com'
--> The machine has access to internet?

And the more repeating one:
Class Name: UIEventRollingAppender
Method Name: RollFile
Exception Message: Could not find a part of the path.
Exception StackTrace:    at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
at System.IO.File.InternalMove(String sourceFileName, String destFileName, Boolean checkHost)
   at NeatCompany.NeatWorks.Logging.UIEvent.UIEventRollingAppender.RollFile(String fromFile, String toFile)
Category: General Category:
--> Here we don't have information about the sourceFileName and destFileName values so can't help much.

I finally re-installed windows operating system. I keep most of my files in a folder other than documents, so the majority of my data did not need to be backed up.
