Need help with formula in excel
i have a question
i have a table :
Program Target Actual
A 10 11
B 8 7
C 7 5
target met
2
the problem how to make the formula for target met 2
i do not want any additional columns , just the formula to update the bold number,

try use formula such as:
=COUNTIF(E2:E4,"Ok")
Select all
Open in new window

opps, know what you mean now...
try use an Array Formula:
=SUM(IF(B2:B8>C2:C8,1))
Select all
Open in new window
Press Ctrl + Shift + Enter

i do not need column e, all should be updated in c6

well, have you checked the "ver b" I uploaded in comment: ID: 42099213 above ?
it seems working fine for me in Excel ver 2010.
