We intend to have 2 Windows 2012 R2 in  Sync in  a production environment.  This is NOT  Fault Tolerance.  We have to ensure that both the servers are exactly same  and always in sync but of course will have different GUID, SID, etc.    How can I do it?  Yes we have vCenter 6.

What, exactly, are you wanting to keep in sync? Files? Windows 2012 has no such built-in capability. Features such as DFS-R are asynchronous. You'd need to look at 3rd party solutions (there are a couple) and plan very carefully. In *most* cases, shared storage is the preferred solution, instead of syncing, which has more possibilities for failure.

Double Take HA, Zerto or Robocopy (if you just want to sync files!)

vSphere Replication would make them identical eg SIDs and Machine name!
