In the Exchange Management Console, configure a Mail Contact (this will show in the GAL from now on), then add this Mail Contact into your Distribution Group.<br />

The mail contact will also end up in Active Directory, so please name it something obvious.

See - by default Delivery management set to the following &quot;<b>Senders Only inside my Organization</b>&quot; and so you can change it to &quot;<b>Senders Inside &amp;&nbsp;Outside my Organization</b>&quot;<br />

I am running an exchange server 2016. I have a distribution group named Support@mydomain.com that goes to myself and the help desk. I want to forward that mail to an external gmail address as well. The reason being is that our ticketing software Work ETC will pop that account every 5 minutes to create help desk tickets from mail in that account.
