The lime green colored navigation menu at the top of the page does not center as the form grows and shrinks.  I have a 25% left margin in place which kind of keeps it centered - but I want to actually BE centered and I need some help.  I've tried different combinations of margin:0 auto; and float:none  (the usual method for centering columns as I understand it) as well as some bootstrap classes like "center-block" or even "text-center" and none of them seem to be working.  It's time for someone better in CSS to throw me a bone.  : )

Many thanks!
