Access Report formatting issue
Having trouble creating an Access Report for Billing Purposes. Desire a report, 1 page per student name that looks like this:
Rossi, Bob
From: April 1,2017 To: April 30, 2016
½ hour private
4/3 4/6 4/9 4/20 4/28
Total ½ Hour Private $300
Group
4/5 4/19
Total Group $110
Training Rides
4/8 4/30
Total Training Rides $110
Grand Total: $520
I created these Bob Rossi records in the attached database. If you open it, go to REPORTS and then to STUDENT , use 4/1/2017 to 4/30/2017 and Student Name = Bob Rossi then click PREVIEW REPORT you will see a 10 page report, page 1 only shows the 4/3/2017 lesson, other pages just have a header. I am not sure how to get this to a 1 page format like the example shows. Goal is to run this for ALL students in the date range, get 1 page per student, sorted by last name alphabetically.
