How to save an Unbound Text Box to a field on the Table in its After Update event.
Hi again,,,
How to save an Unbound Text Box to a field on the Table in its After Update event.
I am trying to update a field on the underlying table with a calculated Expression on the Form, but it is not doing any thing.
I used the After Update as follows :
Private Sub RemarksFrm_AfterUpdate()
Me.Remarks = Me.RemarksFrm
End Sub
Where RemarksFrm is the Text with the constructed Expression on the Form and Remarks is the Text Bound to the source table thru the source SQL.
Everything else is working fine on the Form.
Any help please.
Thanks.

When I bind it to the table, it gives Blank as if it is picking a Null although there is no reason for it doing so and it works very well on the Form.
I will try your suggestions once am back to the office and will come back to you.
Thank you.
