Applications such as Adobe ,ccleaner &nbsp;and other utilities have an annoying habit of &quot;&nbsp;notifying users &quot;&nbsp;that there are updates available and other extraneous messages . These are distracting and I would like to suppress them all .<br />
Is there a way to disable the ability for them to do so using group policy or a registry setting ?

Is it possible to suppress desktop notifications from applications ? Windows 7 ?
