Do you know any save way to delete old Sharepoint 3.0 Backups?<br />

I am performing backups weekly so these backups fill the space on server disk very fast. When I tried to delete the backup folders manually I got problems with the following backup.<br />

I was allowed to delete only .bak files without any problems (spbackup.xml had to stay there).<br />

Any solution (script, application etc.)?
