DMARC

Should DKIM must be implemented before setting up DMARC ?

For DMARC, should I only need to implement the following info ?

    DMARC Record : v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto: itadmin@abc.com;
    Record Type: TXT
    Target/Host/Location: _dmarc.abc.com

Who will be responsible to send the DMARC report for my domain to itadmin@abc.com ? Where the mail flow information be stored ? It is responsible by DNS provider ?

We are hosting our email server. Does it mean we can need to find a provider to provide service for DKIM and DMARC ?

Any possiblie provider that I can look for ?

Thx
Not at all.  You can use either and internal solution or an external solution for your DKIM implementation.  As for the DMARC, this is really just a TXT record attached to the external DNS Zone.  DMARC processing is handled by the recipient domain, not yours.
