Can't delete a folder

Hi Experts,

I can't delete a folder on my W12 server after I took a ownership of the folder. The effective access shows
access.docx

It looks like I don't have right to delete the folder.

Please help.

Thank you. Regarding you message, I have seen that before, but never had a virus from Unlocker. But it is a useful tool (would not be without it.
