Android 7.0 gets error constantly "Delivery has stopped. Close app"
I keep getting this error on my phone "Delivery has stopped. Close app". It does not matter what is open. I tried rebooting a few times but it keeps coming back. Any ideas?
I attached a screenshot. I have a Samsung Galaxy s6 Edge

check your storage. Get rid of unnecessary data, such as photos and videos.

Okay, done. Still keeps popping up.
It just pops up out of the blue? or is it downloading an update?
See if any of the suggestions on this site help you at all.

Yes, everything works on it fine. It just pops up with the error. I have Samsung Galaxy s6 edge as my post states.
Have you added an Exchange email account in your mail app?
It seems to me an email which you want to send has been stuck and your mail app is retrying to send it but cannot deliver it.

The pop up is self explanatory.
There should be an app which is trying to send something but the delivery cannot be made.
Have you checked your text message app? Besides, are you using a prepaid SIM card?

I tried disabling any messaging\email app and even reset all settings back to default. The message still comes back. I really hate doing updates on my phone. Issue always comes up. I guess I will have to try a factory reset. Im going to try and reach out to Samsung to see what they say. Sprint couldnt help.

I tried all the steps and they didnt work. I just reset the phone back to system default.
I have been having this issue for about 2 weeks. I have tried all the suggestions except reset the phone. Before I take that final step just curios Thomas N if that worked for you? Thanks in advance.
If anyone is still following this here is the solution. I was backing up my phone getting ready to do a factory reset as the last option to fix this annoying problem when I noticed, by pure luck taking a peek at the screen, that a program called Delivery was being backed up. I believe both me and the original poster thought a program was having "delivery" problems and tried to find which mail, messenger etc was stuck in delivery mode! I had no idea an App called delivery was on my phone. Looking into it, the app was an Amazon app I assume associated with the main Amazon app Underground? I removed both the Delivery and Underground App and the error stopped.
