Color fonts change to black when sending Email

When I send an Email message with color fonts using Outlook 2013, the fonts are all are black for the recipient - all the color is lost.  This happens both with the body and my signature as well - all the fonts change to black.  Font style, size, and highlighting is not affected, only the color of the fonts.  However, when I reply to a message, my color fonts go through just fine.  I am using HTML for both new Email and replies.   This happens even when I send Email to myself.  I have run the Outlook repair utility, and also created a new Email profile, but same problem.  I am sure this is a simple setting, but I can't figure it out.  Why do my color fonts go out as black?  Thanks for your help.

Your fonts changing color for your reipients could have something to with their own settings (if also using Outlook) - This MS Article explains it.

As to relying to message being fine as against writing new emails screwing up, I'd suggest checking your settings as explained in this MS Article Here and also in the Article Here.

Hope that helps.
