Outlook 2013 will continually keep sending the same email over and over again. The emails that it "chooses" to keep sending have attachments?

Is there any chance you've hit the size limit on your PST file?  I've seen emails get "stuck" in the Outbox for that reason.

The symptom is really scary in my eyes.. it might be nothing but I haven't seen this since the VBS-heavy days.

Sure try to build a new profile .. is this pop or hosted exchange?

if exchange, just email and password should build you a new one... go to control panel and find mail applet (view by: large icons)

then new profile ... make sure to select the new profile as "always use"

by the way, who is the unlucky recipient of all these emails?  I presume they dont mind or it is sending to a service of some sort?

hello all - i will start with the new profile and see what happens. I've investigated the size of the .pst and this does not appear to be the culprit as other users have larger files.

This is a POP account

the recipient is the President of the Company (go figure)

if most messages have been "popped" down from server.. make sure you have a decent backup of the users PST.  Make sure not to delete the old profile.
