Exchange 2013 - Using Thunderbird as client
I'm sure this is an easy issue for the experts, but I can't seem to wrap my head around it.
Exchange 2013 Server and Outlook for everyone works great. Can also setup Thunderbird and it works. Problem happens when I log into a machine (domain joined or even non-domain joined) as Sally and try to setup Thunderbird with Jim's account. I've given Sally full delegate access from Jim's account, but still won't work. As soon as I login as Jim on the machine then I can setup the email account in Thunderbird. What do I need to do to let Sally login to a machine and setup Jim's account in Thunderbird?

Thanks Jackie - - I did have IMAP and POP already setup. Followed the link https://www.limilabs.com/blog/access-shared-delegate-mailbox-exchange-server . Problem was resolved by going into Jim's mailbox on the ECP >mailbox delegation and giving Sally Full Access. As soon as I did this, I was able to setup Jim's account on Outlook or Thunderbird when logged in as Sally.
Try using sally\jim's mailbox with Sally's password.. For login credentials.
