Are your contacts on iCloud? If yes, try the following.<br />

Just got it figured out. - MS Windows 10586.36, MS Office 365 2016 Business Edition, Current iCloud<br />
1. Open iCloud for windows<br />
2. Uncheck the mail, contacts, calendars check box and click apply<br />
3. Close iCloud<br />
4. Open outlook as admin<br />
5. Go to File -&gt; Account Settings -&gt; Account Settings -&gt; Data Files (tab)<br />
6. in data files tab delete the iCloud, close Data Files<br />
7. Go through your calendars, contacts, and tabs and delete the iCloud folder labels (don't worry your info is still on iCloud, you are just getting rid of the label in outlook)<br />
8. Close all MS Office programs, including skype for business, and make sure they are not running in the back ground<br />
9. Open iCloud for windows<br />
10. Check the mail, contacts, calendars check box and click apply<br />
11. Give it time to load, when the text box appears saying it is done click close<br />
12. Open Outlook the standard way and your stuff should be there<br />

I have Office 365. &nbsp;I use the Desktop application. &nbsp;My assistant oversees my calendar and I have an iPhone 6S. &nbsp;We have a color code for different types of events - When she enters a calendar event using the Desktop version, when it syncs to my iPhone, it always defaults to red. &nbsp;How can I have the same color and categories I have on my desktop shared on my iPhone?<br />

Also, I have a full phone of contacts that I want to upload to Office 365. &nbsp;How do I do that? &nbsp;I'm now entering new contacts via Outlook, but I have hundreds of others that I want to import to Office 365.<br />

How can I have the same color and categories I have on my desktop shared on my iPhone?
