The text was reply in english and would not show up in english windows 7 professional on outlook 2016 but will show on ipad and iPhone . &nbsp;It was kind of odd. &nbsp;<br />

I have a problem, sometime some email text will not show on windows outlook 2016 but it shows up in iphones and ipad.  Not sure it has to due with double-byte character set (DBCS).  The problem seem to happens with Japanese computer to english computer but the content is in english so not sure what to do to make it show.
