Anyone here in or assist clients in the Hotel Industry? Need to tighten down security on the Guest Computers (Win 10 Pro)....

I have a customer in the hospitality (hotel) industry that offers its guests access to 3 computers as an amenity/part of guests' stay at the hotel.  I currently have the "Guest" accounts enabled which has no doubt, helped minimize problems.  However, every so often, some end-users find ways to get around and make changes to the system that supposedly even the computer "guest" account is not supposed to allow.
Any suggestions as to which Policies can be enforced to tighten down and secure the computers?  Other ideas beyond GPs?

Adam:
Those are all good starting points.  I'm also considering a multi-layered approach.  In addition to the tweaks above, I was also considering deploying a "Time-Freeze" type of software app.

I was going to recommend using a product like Deep Freeze to allow systems to be back in their previous state with a simple reboot. But Adam's points are all points to be followed also.
If you have the systems on a domain, you can also look into using a Mandatory Profile, which does the same thing as Deep Freeze and the like, but doesn't require a license.
