Mac printing problem

Hi there,

For all the Mac experts: i have two users in one department that for whatever reason their systems stop printing to their department printer. The printer is a HP Color laserjet MFP M77dfn, laptops in questions are Macbook airs running OS X El Capitan (with the latest update).

For whatever reason when they send something to the printer is displays a message that the file is corrupted and it won't print,  other users in that department can print without an issue. The interesting thing is that they can print to another printer (same exact model) in another department.

When i delete and reinstall the printer it works for some time but after a few weeks it stops working again. I removed and reinstalled at least four times, i have tried setting the printer with different drivers, protocols, etc. I also upgraded the printer's firmware checked all settings but the issue keeps on reoccurring.

I can remove and reinstall but at this point i'm looking for a permanent solution.

BTW, the system were brand new units.

Does anyone have an idea what else I can do here.

Thanks..
