Auto login in through RDP in Windows 10

Hi,

I have a small separate PC set up for certain tasks. I want to be able to have people remote into it at their leisure, but anyone that remotes into it needs to be forcefully logged into a specific user through the RDP. I do not want them to have to type the user name, password (user has no password), and I do not want them to have to click sign in. I need it to be seamless as in they run the RDP shortcut I create and they're just in.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I've tried everything I could find on Google but it looks like no one has gone through this exact issue.

When you open your remote desktop connection there is a button under "show options" and a option for "save as."  Save the short cut to your desktop with the options you want.  Then you can make a copy and send it to whoever you want.  The rest of the options you would have to configure on the system side of where they are logging in to allow the behavior you want.

I've done that. I've even tried doing a bunch of settings system side on the host but no luck. Do you have any specific settings in mind?

Just to clarify:

You want people to be able to RDP to this PC, or use the PC to RDP to an RDP server?
I want to set up a PC to serve as a server for people to RDP into.
All connections would use 1 user with preset security/applications but they would all have individual sessions.
