Network latency question

We have two sites, SiteA and SiteB....the network latency between them is about 15ms.

We want to run an application in both sites, but the vendor supports only 10ms latency between the two sites.

Is there anything we can do to reduce the latency?

Ouch, 10ms latency makes me thing the app is not WAN optimized.  I get in city between sites, granted over T1s.  Fiber sites are 3ms.  You may want to check bandwidth requirements too.

What kind of app if you dont mind.

Who is the ISP? Depending on that, budget, and availability options you should upgrade the connectixty between sites.
Ok so if we upgrade the bandwidth the latency can be reduced? I thought maybe the latency was dependent on thus distance
Distance can factor in, but so so they types of connections and the ISPs
what is the distance?  Same metro area?
The key thing is that the distance question that need to be answered, but also recommend you mentioning what types of connections the two sites currently have.
To get that kind of reliable latency, you would need a dedicated connection - NO other traffic going over the line that didn't below to you - then you could shape the traffic as necessary (meaning a VPN won't cut it - the VPN itself would add latency).
