Dell sonicwall mail gateway (Email Security Model 3300)
I have a sonicwall Email Security Model 3300.
It wasn't setup to view spam reports externally, only internal access. I'd like to give my users access to junk reports offsite.
How do I do that? where are the settings? I know I need to point to the public IP but not sure where those settings need to be setup.
When I click on the link (outside the network) it takes me to: "mail.jmf.local" which obviously it's not a public URL.

Hi David,
so the sonicwall will automatically refer the connection to the public IP? I'm a little confused, can you add more details on how to do this please.
