We have exchange 2016 with CU4 installed - its onsite not cloud based. What I would like to know is can you create a rule that stops members of a database or group to stop sending to more than 2 recipients either internally or externally?<br />

We have rules set already for denying certain individuals to send or receive e-mails from external sources - that is easy. Setting it on individual e-mail accounts is out of the question as the time spent would be too long.
