Cisco WAP 1830 K9C - possible wrong software load - not Mobility Express
1. How do I get my 1830 K9C WAPs (eBay purchase) ref-flashed to contain Mobility Express?
The kit says Mobility Express on it but my own configured SSIDs don't appear and I've discovered that the device has an http admin UI on some random IP address that shows something called OfficeExtend - so I'm think that the wrong software might be installed. I don't know what the correct thing should look like.
2. How do I definitively check that Mobility Express is installed?
Someone said something about a “TAC case” - I don't know what that means but I'm guessing that I need a Cisco tech support contract, which I don't have, and nor do I have any idea how buy one or even whether doing so would be prohibitively expensive. To make things even more exciting, I am disabled and that limits what I can do myself to a great extent, so paying someone to do things for me is far more realistic than me doing a lot of physical stuff myself.

The AP might be in the wrong mode. Try the command "ap-type mobility-express" from the console
Also, you should clear any configs that might already be on the device
