Lot of spam on a shared mailbox on Office365

We receive way more spam on a shared mailbox than on the users mailbox (the default anti-spam filter is activated on the domain). All the mailboxes are on Office365. Is there a difference in how spam is stopped on normal mailbox'es in compare to shared mailboxes?
