Analyze DHCP server logs

Working with Server 2012 R2 and have a question about the DHCP server logs.   When I look at the log files from %windir%\system32\dhcp and drill down to a specific day DhcpSrvLog-Mon.
Many of the entries do not how a Host Name or MAC Address.
Question: Is there a setting that will reveal a Host Name or MAC Address for the IP Address shown?  The majority of the lines show Host Names but several of the ones in questions do not
Thanks in advance.
