How to use a single Google Voice account with two phone numbers and two email adresses. Is this possible?

I would like to use a single Google Voice account with one phone number which is attached to it's own email account, and a second phone number which is attached to it's own email account.
I would like to be able forward SMS message from the first phone number to the first email address, and forward SMS messages from the second phone number to the second email address. Is this even possible?
I am hoping to use the Google Voice Android app to be able to make calls from either number. Is any of this possible, and if so, how could I set that up?

Thanks for providing your insights here Jackie. I just tried to "switch from one account to the other to make call from either number" in the Android app, but am unable to do so without linking the second Google voice number to my cell phone number (which wipes out the link between my first Google voice number and my cell phone). Is there any way around this to your knowledge?
For what it's worth i found the following in the Google voice documentation: "You can use multiple Google Voice accounts in the Google Voice app on your Android device. But, your phone number can only be linked to one Google Voice account. "

In your case, you only need one Google Voice account and register another Google Voice number on the same account by paying US$20 to make the secondary one permanent (One primary and one secondary, only the primary number is displayed on placing calls.) You need to manually change the primary number before you make call which show another number as the primary one.

If you want to associate two different tel numbers to two different email addresses, you need two Google Voice account.
One Google Voice account can have two different tel numbers, but it has to be the same email address.

Yes. But, with two Google Voice accounts.
